There is still a new possibility of emerging variant on horizon and we’re taking extra precautions to ensure everyone’s protection against the spread of
COVID-19 and other variants. The health and safety of my patients and my dental team is my top priority. We wanted to let you know
that our office is maintained for the highest degree of infection control and the office offers you a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.
Our standards are well "at and above" what the government authorities recommended. Our passion is what we do and the pride in how we help our

We included two forms and self-assessment links that need to be done online before your visit to Shifa Dental Care.

Here is just a small list of things we have done and we expect from you to ensure the safety of everyone who will come to the Shifa Dental Care.
1) Please arrive 5 min before your appointment and call at 905 4587833 and wait in your car. Receptionists will help you to enter the office at the time when a safe distancing protocol is possible.
2) Please remember to bring your own Face Mask or face cover. Please put on your own mask/ cover your mouth with cloth/ sanitize the hand when you enter the office.
3) Brush your teeth and floss and rinse with mouthwash before coming to your dental appointment.
4) To have Shifa dental care infection free we have limited access to reception waiting-area and washroom. If you have a special request please do not hesitate to contact the receptionist.
5) Please do not bring any of your personal belongings.
6) Most importantly, we exercise protocol, method, and materials to ensure that we are absolutely state-of-the-art in our equipment and sterilization and disinfection systems, and office procedures.
7) Limited staff and time allow for social/ physical distancing expect for the time treatment, as well as complete disinfection of the office and operatories between procedures. Our patients will be scheduled in such a manner to meet and exceed the recommended guidelines for Disinfection and Sterilization of every surface that is touched for the patient’s maximum protection.
9) We screen patients on the telephone before booking and on the day of appointment in the office so that high-risk patients or those with flu-like symptoms stay at home.
13) We are using Optim throughout our office after each patient. It is the most powerful sanitizing agent available for eliminating bacteria and viruses . Optim is approved disinfectant and is the number one surface disinfectant in the dental industryWe have installed the Clean Air System technology used by NASA to help breathe fresh air and kill all the germs.
14) All Our patients will be screened over the phone and at the time of check-in in person, however, on the day of your visit we ask you to complete an online self- assessment screening tool found
https://covid-19.ontario.ca/self-assessment/ at home. Should you fail to pass the online assessment, you will be required to call the office and reschedule your appointment for a later day.
The highest level of service is just one of the ways we are supporting our community, and it is included in the excellent service we provide.

Sadia Bakhtiar, DDS, Stands as a Passionate and Dedicated Dentist with Shifa Dental Care in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Sadia Bakthiar received a bachelor’s degree in dental surgery (BDS) acquired in Pakistan, her native country, and a doctorate of dental surgery (DDS) that she obtained from New York University . She holds certification in general dentistry from the American Board of General Dentistry and is also a member of the Ontario Dental Association. Dr. Bakhtiar also published some of her work in Pakistan. She credits her success to her being educated twice, continues education and starting her practice from scratch. She also feels that she owes a lot to her perseverance and ability to connect with her clients who pay her the honor of continuously referring their friends and family to her.
